Staff Nurse (RN/LPN)

Description

1. Ensure infection control practices and reporting procedures are in place.
2. Conducting urinalysis toxicology data analysis
3. Responsible for entering each order for all clients in your facility when given.
4. Responsible for triaging medical issues and performing thorough patient assessments.
5. Enter communication notes regarding client’s symptoms and health related complaints into EMR.
6. Keep communication with scheduling coordinators and Doctors.
7. Responsible for HIV/Hepatitis and Nutrition groups for program and notes associated with groups.
8. Attend all scheduled Staff meetings.
9. Keep neat, written logs on Client’s activities
10. Bring all significant questions, concerns, and complaints to the attention of the Counselors and/or administrative staff.
11. Complete all applicable paperwork, i.e., medical logs, shift reports, MORs, etc.
12. Prompt and regular attendance.
13. Assist with Medical training of BHT’s when needed.
14. Be available for possible overtime if required.
15. Other duties as assigned by senior management.
