Location: Concord, MA - North Eastern Correctional Center (Farm)
Pay rate: $67,000-$69,000/annually. Salary differential is paid to those who are fluent in the Spanish language.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, one evening shift 11:30am-7:30pm and possibility of weekends

Qualifications:
- LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
- Corrections experience preferred.
The Correctional Recovery Academy Program (CRA) Program Director is responsible for:
- Managing the Correctional Recovery Academy program within guidelines per contract specifications.
- Ensuring assigned staff comply with Spectrum Health Systems and the Massachusetts Department of Correction (DOC) policies/procedures and standards.
- Organizing, implementing, and supervising the program design as defined by the program manual.
- Ensuring compliance with on-going analysis and use of the quality assurance system as defined by the State Director.
- Working with State Director or Regional Director to formulate corrective action plans when necessary.
