Small trauma based mental health program is immediately seeking MSW or similar clinical background and training for the Mental Health Case Manager/Therapist role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the mental health intake process for our clients
- Work closely with the Director of Mental Health Services
- Assist with programming for FCR’s Child Witness to Violence Services
- Cary a small case load of clients
Requirements
- MSW or similar clinical background and training required
- Must have experience working with adult, adolescent and child clients for individual and family work
- Experience with play therapy, trauma work, domestic and sexual violence and addictions are necessary
- Community and office-base work
- Those with multi-language capacity encouraged to apply
- Valid MA driver’s license, clean driving record and access to personal vehicle helpful
Hours:
This position is full-time at 35 hours per week and requires two early evenings per week until 7PM
Salary Range: $32-$35 per hour
$500 sign-on bonus to be paid after six months of employment with a positive review.
