About Us:
Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTC) division operates 13 outpatient opioid treatment programs (OTPs) across Massachusetts. As the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in the nation, our CTC clinics provide compassionate, high-quality counseling, therapy, and medications to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Our mission is to provide full-circle care that includes a blend of therapies and the use of safe and effective medications. Our team is the front line of our fight against the opiate epidemic.

Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Master's Degree or credentials such as CAC, CAS, CADC, CRC, LADC, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Bachelor’s-level applicants without credentials are welcome if they are committed (and eligible) to obtaining license/credentials within 30-60 days of employment.
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment, counseling, or behavioral health.
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate and effective care.
