Primary Services:

  • Provide group and individual therapy to residents.
  • Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and aftercare recommendations.
  • Provide clinical referrals as needed.
  • Complete all required record keeping in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures the program and residents’ records are current, comprehensive and meet agency and funding source standards.
  • Ensures compliance with the appropriate licensing and quality improvement systems.
  • Participates in the assessment of individual referrals, admissions, and discharges.
  • Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, training seminars and case reviews.
  • Adhere to all Policies and procedures of the Foundation.
  • Work with the treatment team in delivery of services.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with care providers.
  • On-call responsibilities
  • Maintain current levels of knowledge regarding addiction treatment through attending professional development trainings.
  • Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and annual TB screening

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree required. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in therapeutic engagement of diverse clients, hold fidelity to evidence-based practices that match the presenting problem, and good diagnostic skills. Will be part of team’s providing clinical care, case management, addiction services and diagnostic assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Expected hours: 40 per week
