Pay
• Range: $63,000 - $79,000 a year based on experience

As an Inpatient Therapist, you will…
• Work on site; in person inpatient facility
• Carry a case load and conduct psychoeducational goals weekly.
• Gather biopsychosocial data, including that related to clients' mental and physical health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess their readiness for treatment
• Work with clients to identify treatment goals and develop treatment plans
• Review and work collaboratively with case management to recommend treatment options with clients and their families
• Guide and support clients in the development of adaptive skills and behaviors necessary to recover from their addiction
• Work with clients to develop a comprehensive plan to guide next steps
• Active participation in multi-disciplinary case presentations and discussions
Job Requirements
• Education - master’s degree in social work, Education, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or another related human services field is required
• Experience – prior experience in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting
• Licensure – Massachusetts licensure as a LADC-I, LADC-II, LMHC, LICSW, is preferred licensed eligible only
