Case Manager

Boca Recovery Center is looking for case managers to join our team. Boca will soon be opening its doors in our new state of the art, 3 story facility located in Springfield, MA.

Individuals applying to the case management position will assist residents with SUD and co-occurring disorders continue their treatment journey from inpatient to outpatient, MAT and other applicable services individualized to their specific needs.

Requirements for the case management position include:

-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school  

-Experience and knowledge referring to area resources

-Experience working in SUD/MH treatment for at least 1 year

-Team player with a positive attitude and passion for helping others.
