We have over 20 different programs across Western Massachusetts that are currently accepting interns for the 2026-2027 year, though spots are filling up fast. We finished out the year with over 165 interns and have offered employment to over 70% of those eligible at the end of their internships. For more specific information on what types of internships we offer, you can visit the internship page of our website: www.csoinc.org/internships, or contact Cassidy Connolly, the Director of Workforce Development, who oversees everything intern-related across the agency.
