NIATx improvement strategies are all about how to identify and fix problems that discourage staff and unnecessarily complicate the road to recovery for clients. This training will teach and apply the strategies to common issues such as no shows, drop outs, boundary problems in programs and bringing new evidence-based approaches into an established program.
Massachusetts NIATx Coaches, all of whom have long term program management and improvement experience, will be leading this effort, thus our examples are specific to the challenges line supervisors, directors, and other managers face. Completion of this training or a similar fundamental training is a prerequisite to attend Change Leader Advanced Training.
