This advanced training is essential for those in leadership, supervisory, and decision-making positions who are interested in effective solutions for advancing health equity in their organization. CLAS (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services) Standards require effective, equitable, understandable, and respectful quality care and services that are responsive to the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse communities. This training positions participants to complete the CLAS Self-Assessment, required of all DPH vendors, as well as a corresponding CLAS Workplan with specific goals and action steps.
