Interrupting Racism Level 2: Responding to Microaggressions

This training teaches skills for analyzing and responding to microaggressions and other common expressions of racial bias. Through exercises, role plays and using Human In Common’s communication templates, participants develop skills that support respectful and equitable interactions which can improve workplace culture.
