The intent of the Beyond Bridges Communities of Practice is to enhance and expand professional knowledge of the co-occurring conditions of brain injury and behavioral health. These collaboratives will learn and share available resources, supports, and expertise. These collaboratives will foster sustainable relationships between professional peers through culturally competent learning series, webinars, conferences, and presentations from department and field experts. The goals of this session are to Raise awareness about the Beyond Bridges Project Discuss the grant connection with the MRC TBI and Behavioral Health Communities of Practice Understand the purpose and goals of the MRC TBI and Behavioral Health Communities of Practice. There will be time to discuss participants educational goals for the communities of practice and share thoughts for upcoming session topics.
