In this virtual event, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA’s) Bringing Recovery Supports to Scale Technical Assistance Center Strategy (BRSS TACS) team will convene national leaders to discuss strategies for increasing the accessibility of behavioral health recovery supports for individuals with disabilities. Presenters will share information to increase understanding of disability cultures, strategies for outreach, and opportunities for collaboration with disability communities. Presenters will also share recommendations and resources for identifying and addressing barriers to inclusion - with a special emphasis on approaches that require little financial investment.
