Christine Williams, Recovery Coach

Christine is a Recovery Coach supporting women living at the Linda Fay Griffin House. Drawing upon her personal experiences, she offers compassionate support and fosters meaningful connections with the individuals she serves. One example of the exceptional support Christine provides took place when a resident, Dana (not her real name), who had been asked to leave the program, reached out to her for help in finding a safe living situation.

With empathy and unconditional compassion, Christine set up an Uber ride for Dana to a peer-run crisis center in Framingham for the night. The next day Christine went to the program and packed up twelve bags of Dana's personal items and then supported her getting into a sober house. This was all done within 48 hours, and possibly saved Dana's life.
