Part Time Recovery Coach - 18 -20 hours a week (evening/weekend) - BSAS PRSC

WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME RECOVERY COACH

Leaders of Restoration, a BSAS-funded Peer Recovery Support Center (PRSC) in Fitchburg, is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and recovery-focused Part-Time Recovery Coach to join our team!

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 4:30 PM–8:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Approximately 18-20 hours per week

We are looking for someone who understands and embraces the peer-to-peer recovery model and can provide support, encouragement, resources, and connection to individuals at all stages of their recovery journey.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have lived experience with recovery and be comfortable using that experience appropriately to support others

• Be trained/certified as a Recovery Coach or willing to meet applicable training requirements

• Understand multiple pathways of recovery and support individuals in defining their own goals

• Be welcoming, nonjudgmental, reliable, and able to build meaningful peer relationships

• Be comfortable facilitating recovery-focused activities and engaging with members of our recovery community

• Work well as part of a peer-driven, community-based team
