Maintaining healthy boundaries is a critical component of effective practice in behavioral health, particularly when working with young adults. This training will explore the role of both professional and personal boundaries in shaping safe, respectful, and developmentally appropriate relationships.

Participants will examine common boundary challenges that arise in work with young people, including how to identify early warning signs, distinguish between boundary crossings and violations, and navigate complex situations with confidence.

Using case-based scenarios and shared experiences, attendees will engage in guided reflection to assess risk, strengthen decision-making, and apply practical strategies to real-world situations.

Participants will leave with concrete tools to support boundary-setting in their work, along with strategies for seeking supervision and support when faced with uncertainty.
