iDECIDE is an evidence-based, tier-2, early indicated substance use intervention for youth (grades 6-12).

iDECIDE was designed as an alternative response to exclusionary punishment but can also be used in targeted prevention for youth at risk or suspected of engaging in substance use. iDECIDE empowers both clinical and non-clinical staff with the knowledge, skills and structure to support youth by addressing their substance use. It is restorative program that is substance agnostic, based in harm reduction, and student-centered focused on empowering youth to create lasting behavioral change. iDECIDE can be used in school-based settings, community-based settings, and youth-serving settings in general.
