This recovery-focused GPS support group creates a supportive space for participants to explore experiences such as fear of relapse, isolation, self-judgment, family dynamics, and rebuilding connections throughout the recovery journey. Through grounding, emotional reflection, and supportive peer connection, participants have an opportunity to share their experiences and connect with others in an environment centered on mutual support.
