This series is designed for human service agencies to utilize cohort style learning to evaluate their current organizational culture and policies and use that information to create positive change. Organizations are encouraged to register in three person teams, however small agencies are encouraged to register with smaller teams if necessary.  Series topics include programs for executives, HR, and staff! One session will allow you to include a bonus board member on your team.  During our final session, agency teams will create an action plan for returning to their agencies and making meaningful change.  Teams will return for a post session gathering to report back on their successes and get feedback on their challenges.
