The increase in deaths from overdose and other substance related issues over the past decade has caused people to wonder how we can mark or recognize those deaths. We will examine issues around SUD related death, introduce ways that we can recognize these losses to help us process grief on a personal as well as macro level. We will discuss events such as overdose awareness day as well as ways we can remember folks in our organizations and our communities. This training will also contain an optional component to recognize loss as a community.
