Improving Client Care and the Bottom Line Using NIATx Process Improvement Principles

Event description

DESCRIPTION:

This one-day workshop will position organizations to use NIATx principles to enhance their organizational focus, improve performance management, and teach sustainability principles allowing agencies to integrate process improvement throughout all operations.  This workshop is designed to provide ongoing coaching from prior to the January 5th training right through to the final webinar in May 2017. There will be a pre-conference training call… and four post-training coaching calls. This addresses the concern that many trainees have about a training that does not translate to action at the workplace. NIATx training events work planfully to make sure there is support for ongoing organizational change.  Most importantly, all participants will be asked to present a final report, their Plan-Do-Study-Act project, that grew out of the conference learning.  This final report, an essential part of the the learning experience, will be submitted during a webinar where all conference participants will participate in May 2017.

OBJECTIVES:

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand process improvement techniques and explain why process improvement is so fundamental to making changes in organizations.
