The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and NAADAC - The Association for Addiction Professionals are supporting outreach across the nation to interest college students in selecting a career in Behavioral Health. The New England region was selected as one of four sites for a live event, with the opportunity to host local satellite events tailored for local participants either simulcast or later using a YouTube video from the main event.
Event Agenda is still being finalized. Speakers include: Sheila Raye Charles, people who work in addictions, recent graduates from addictions studies programs, prize drawings, and networking with vendors in the addictions field.
