In-Home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Behavioral Technician

Intake Clinician

Assistant Program Development Director

Our specialty is using a blend of integrated behavioral health program services that meet the needs of children, adolescents, families, and adults and providing services in the community.

BEST CSS Nurse- Per Diem

Responsibilities:
Maintains effective working relationships with insurers, SCFMHC campus police, DMH, BMC, BEST, local community resources, and treatment/rehabilitation programs throughout the Greater Boston community.
Maintains effective communications with the pharmacy and ensures that medication systems meet all required standards for storage, documentation, administration, and disposal.
Provides direct services to clients at the CSU including medication administration, health assessments, and treatment and completes documentation as required.

On Call Crisis Clinician

Responsibilities:
Each year, Bay Cove provides effective, compassionate care to more than 20,000 individuals and families who face the challenges of developmental disabilities, mental illness, drug and alcohol addiction and aging at over 160 sites in Boston and southeastern Massachusetts.
Our goal is to provide full, rich lives for people with the greatest challenges.
Responsibilities include: Answering overnight phone calls.
Complete assessments and treatment plans of children and adults who are in crisis in a comprehensive manner.

Overnight Clinician- Per Diem

Responsibilities:
The UCC/Mobile Team Clinician provides direct services to children and adults in crisis.
This Clinician assesses each person’s needs for services and develops a treatment plan that best ensures for their safety and optimizes their effective resolution of the crisis.
S/he facilitates the person’s engagement or re-engagement in behavioral health services through referral to community based services that are consonant with the person’s needs and preferences.
As needed, the Clinician facilitates the person’s admission to acute treatment services.

Nurse II

Responsibilities:
The Nurse-Cape Code CCS is responsible for providing direct services for clients at the CCS unit in a manner that promotes clients’ safety, overall health, their effective resolution of crises, and their reintegration into community based services.
Maintains effective working relationships with insurers, MMHC campus police, DMH, BMC, BEST, local community resources, and treatment/rehabilitation programs throughout the Greater Boston community.

Addictions Counselor

Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. a leading Massachusetts human services organization, seeks an Addictions Counselor to provide intensive care coordination for MassHealth / Medicare Members with complex medical and behavioral health needs who are enrolled in One Care.

The Addictions Counselor collaborates with the Health Home team and the clinical staff at Commonwealth Care Alliance to minimize duplicative efforts, promote integrated care, ensure quality and continuity of care.

PUBLIC HEALTH PREVENTION SPECIALIST

The City of Worcester Division of Public Health seeks a dynamic professional who will serve as an expert in local public health prevention, specifically for the regional response to addiction partnership and opioid overdose prevention. The incumbent must be able to work creatively and independently under the direct supervision of the Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Public Health.
