Nursing Supervisor

Shelter Nurse

The Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to, monitoring the health care of, and assisting with accessing appropriate health care for guests of a dual-diagnosis emergency shelter.
S/he responsible for monitoring the medication system, training staff, and providing on-call consultation.
Provide medical assessment at intake and periodically throughout the guests’ stay.
Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding medical issues.
Provide health education to guests via one-on-one education as needed.

Overnight Per Diem Clinician-Fall River

The UCC/Mobile Team Clinician provides direct services to children and adults in crisis.
This Clinician assesses each person’s needs for services and develops a treatment plan that best ensures for their safety and optimizes their effective resolution of the crisis.
S/he facilitates the person’s engagement or re-engagement in behavioral health services through referral to community based services that are consonant with the person’s needs and preferences.
As needed, the Clinician facilitates the person’s admission to acute treatment services.

Mobile Emergency Services Per Diem Clinician - Hyannis

Complete assessments and treatment plans of children and adults who are in crisis in a comprehensive manner attending to their safety and needs.
Provides brief treatment and support until requisite community services can be accessed in order to minimize reliance on acute inpatient services.
Facilitates admission to acute inpatient care on an as needed basis.
Salary: $25 (licensed); $23.50 (unlicensed) up to $500.00 sign-on bonus with 30 days of employment.
Works effectively with external partners and stakeholders.

Per Diem Clinician-BEST Urgent Care Center

Mobile Psychiatric Crisis Team, providing 24/7 coverage for fast-paced community crisis response in Boston area.
Provide mobile psychiatric assessments in busy urban Urgent Care Center as well as the surrounding community, including: group homes, detoxification programs, jails, schools, outpatient clinic settings, private residences.
Per diem clinicians needed to cover vacations, trainings and sick calls for regular/full time staff.
Frequent interface with agency providers.

Overnight Clinician - Hyannis

Answering overnight phone calls.
Complete assessments and treatment plans of children and adults who are in crisis in a comprehensive manner.
Provides brief treatment and support until requisite community services can be accessed.
Facilitates admission to acute inpatient care on an as needed basis.

Overnight Clinician-Fall River - $52K and language sign-on bonus

Assess children and adults for appropriate level of care and facilitate referral to appropriate service.
Obtain insurance authorization as necessary for level of care.
Refer and facilitate clients' engagement in diversionary, community based supports.
Secure inpatient and detox admissions as needed.
Develop positive working relationships with ED providers and community agencies.
Attention to detail, fluent computer skills and excellent interpersonal and documentation skills required.

Clinician-PACT

The PACT Clinician will: Assess Persons Served strengths, skills, and needs in relation to housing as needed and develop strengths-based, person-centered plans to address the needs of Persons Served in relation to obtaining and maintaining housing.
Assist Persons Served to obtain affordable, safe/decent, and permanent housing of their choice by assessing eligibility, conducting housing searches, assisting with applications for the opportunities for which they are eligible, and following up on applications submitted.

Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) Master's (MA, MS, MSW, M.Ed.) Degree level Clinical Supervisor for our Continuum Program in Braintree, MA. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to our professionals and paraprofessionals and assures compliance with agency and funding source standards and regulations.
