Per Diem Clinician - Fall River

The UCC/Mobile Team Clinician provides direct services to children and adults in crisis.
This Clinician assesses each person’s needs for services and develops a treatment plan that best ensures for their safety and optimizes their effective resolution of the crisis.
S/he facilitates the person’s engagement or re-engagement in behavioral health services through referral to community based services that are consonant with the person’s needs and preferences.
As needed, the Clinician facilitates the person’s admission to acute treatment services.

Per Diem Clinician BEST UCC

Mobile Psychiatric Crisis Team, providing 24/7 coverage for fast-paced community crisis response in Boston area.
Provide mobile psychiatric assessments in busy urban Urgent Care Center as well as the surrounding community, including: group homes, detoxification programs, jails, schools, outpatient clinic settings, private residences.
Per diem clinicians needed to cover vacations, trainings and sick calls for regular/full time staff.

Overnight Clinician-Hyannis

Answering overnight phone calls.
Complete assessments and treatment plans of children and adults who are in crisis in a comprehensive manner.
Provides brief treatment and support until requisite community services can be accessed.
Facilitates admission to acute inpatient care on an as needed basis.


Assist Persons Served to obtain affordable, safe/decent, and permanent housing of their choice by assessing eligibility, conducting housing searches, assisting with applications for the opportunities for which they are eligible, and following up on applications submitted.
Keep informed on the latest in tenancy rights, changes in housing rules and regulations, shifts in resource availability, and changes in processes and procedures in relation to housing such as requesting reasonable accommodations, requesting appeals, CORI mitigation, etc.

Clinician - Fall River - $48K-$52K

The Clinician communicates with client, family and collateral providers to increase supports and address emergent conflicts in the community.
The Clinician refers and facilitate clients' engagement in diversionary, community based supports.
The Clinician secures inpatient and detox admissions as needed.
The Clinician provides assessments in local E.D.'s at the Urgent Care Center, schools and homes.
Monday-Friday 3p-11p.

Overnight Clinician-Fall River - $52K and language bonus

Assess children and adults for appropriate level of care and facilitate referral to appropriate service.
Obtain insurance authorization as necessary for level of care.
Refer and facilitate clients' engagement in diversionary, community based supports.
Secure inpatient and detox admissions as needed.
Develop positive working relationships with ED providers and community agencies.
Attention to detail, fluent computer skills and excellent interpersonal and documentation skills required.

Clinician-Bay View Inn

The Clinician is responsible for assessing, planning services, and engaging in mental health and substance abuse interventions for 20 guests of a DMH dual-diagnosis shelter as well as providing training and oversight to direct care staff in regards to the provision of effective and meaningful interventions and services.
The following are essential functions of the Shelter Clinician position: Conduct and document an intake assessment of all new guests within 14 days of admission.

Clinical Supervisor

SEMCOA, Inc. (Southeast Massachusetts Council on Addiction) has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor for a 27-bed Residential Recovery Home for men with a Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD). Position will report to the Program Director and be responsible for the oversight/supervision of the Clinical/Direct Care staff while maintaining accurate documentation of supervision and utilization review of charts.
