William James College is in the process of launching a new Community Health Workers (CHW) Training Program, which will make available full-time positions to qualified individuals who are interested in working as paraprofessionals with children, adolescents, and families (please scroll down to read the full announcement).

They  have partnered with several community-based organizations where program participants will be employed full-time and receive a salary along with health benefits. During the year-long work placement, participants will also be enrolled in a certificate program that will prepare them to sit for the Massachusetts Community Health Workers Certification Exam.
