Case Manager

The new P3 Program is located in Attleboro, MA and the employee will be working in these school settings. We are seeking a reliable and motivated young adult who has experienced substance use challenges and successfully navigated those needs. Recovery Coach ARMS program - For Transition Aged Youth and Young adults at Massachusetts General Hospital (Job posting number 3104247)

The Recovery Coach (RC) is considered an essential, non-clinical member of the care team. This RC will provide peer recovery support services to a ARMS patients with substance use disorder (SUD) and will assist ARMS patients in achieving and sustaining recovery as defined by each individual ARMS patient. This position will facilitate ARMS patient access to recovery-oriented substance use disorder treatment, resources, and community recovery groups.

Young Adult Empowerment Collaborative Site Coordinator

The site coordinator will be the designated manager for the Young Adult Empowerment Collaborative of Western Massachusetts (YAEC) efforts to impact opioid-affected young adults, ages 16-24 years old in Berkshire, Franklin/North Quabbin, Hampden, and Hampshire Counties. One of six sites, YAEC is funded by the U. S. Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (DOJ/OJJDP) Opioid Affective Youth Initiative (OAYI).

Position Overview:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide transportation via motor vehicle to patients, and/or staff, to destinations such as doctor appointments, shopping centers or other locations, as directed by the Facilities Manager, in a safe and timely manner, adhering to strict time schedules. May provide services such as baggage handling, assistance to special needs passengers and other associated tasks. Follows verbal, written, or electronic directions to destinations. Complies with transportation laws and regulations at all times.

Assistant Program Director - RECOVER Project

Exciting leadership opportunity (Salaried, 30 hours a week) at The RECOVER Project, a well-established peer-to-peer recovery support program with a strong community presence. Lead a dynamic team in realizing a vision of an inclusive recovery community designed to increase access to appropriate recovery supports for all people within our communities.

Mentoring Specialist

Mentoring Specialist - Full time position responsible for fostering community relationships as a liaison to the project partners and community with regard to Mentoring program work. The successful candidate will promote the program, complete intakes with youth and their families, perform match meetings and supervision/case management of the relationships. The Mentoring Specialist will assist with data collection, assure effective communication between project partners, mentors and mentees, plan and participate in group activities within the program.

Senior Case Manager of CES Services

Individual will provide case management services to students in the North Central Massachusetts area including risk assessment, referrals and placement as they relate to the well-being and development of the child in accordance with the clinical model. Case manager will plan and lead activities for youth and their families, create strength-focused individual service plans with families, self-esteem, and personal development), lead psycho-education groups (including drug-refusal skills, personal self-management skills, and other social skills), and serve as a mentor to youth.

Program Director

Spectrum Health Systems has an opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our inpatient management team! Requires an advanced degree in a clinical or business field with at least five years of administrative experience in behavioral health settings. This is an innovative and developing position with growth opportunity. Strong management skills with an ability to think outside the box a must. Ability to work with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare facility required.
