Recovery Support Center Program Director

Martha’s Vineyard Community Services new Recovery Support Center is seeking a Program Director to provide general oversight of all services, budgeting, reporting and programming. This position will be responsible for program implementation, sustainability and maintaining a safe, welcoming space for all members. Lived experience in recovery from substance addiction or co-occurring disorder preferred with comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders, addiction, and recovery. Demonstrated knowledge and competency on substance addiction and recovery will be considered.

We are looking for an Addictions Specialist for our new Adult Community Clinical Services Program!As the Addiction Specialist, you will be a member of the Integrated Team of the Adult Community Clinical Services Program.

Recovery Coach / 40 HOURS / DAY / PSYCHIATRY

Responding to the growing need for access to ambulatory substance use disorder services (SUDs), Brigham Health is opening a Bridge Clinic, which will be an outpatient clinic dedicated to provide intensive ambulatory treatment for patients with SUDs (including medication-assisted treatment and individual and group support) and connect them to long-term, community based treatment and resources.

The Recovery Coach will support the recoveree in their recovery process, linking recoverees to the recovery community and serving as a personal guide and mentor. Will develop recovery wellness plans and utilize personal experience to help recoveree overcome obstacles to recovery. Must have reliable transportation and either a Bachelor’s degree or 3 yrs lived experience (personal or friends and family) of substance use.

Essential Job Functions

Administrative:
• Coordination of assigned program components
• May assist in operation of program in absence of Program Supervisor
• In weekly clinical team meetings, develop and assess focused treatment plans for new and continuing residents with attention to clinical assessment, resident’s use of treatment, length and intensity of treatment

Supervisory:
• Responsible for direct clinical supervision of direct care staff. Develop clinical leadership role in team and staff meetings

REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER - OFFICE-BASED OPIOID TREATMENT

The Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) Registered Nurse Case Manager will provide skilled nursing care, case management and coordination of the plan of care for those Brien Center persons-served being treated for opioid use disorder. In close collaboration with the buprenorphine certified physicians, in-house behavioral health providers and our partners in the community, the OBOT RN Case Manager will provide and coordinate the daily and long term care of clients in recovery.
