Askia Academy at The Dimock Center offers residential living for men. Services include individual counseling, group therapy, recovery management strategies, life-skills training, addiction education, relapse prevention, recreational activities, and twelve-step and recovery support meetings—all of which actively support re-integration with a patient’s family, social and work environment. We are pleased to announce that we are seeking a full-time Recovery Specialist Supervisor serving our Askia Academy!

Nurse Supervisor - OBOT

The Medically Assisted Treatment Nurse Supervisor provides program oversight, administrative support, and acts as point of contact with DPH for Suboxone, Naloxone, Vivitrol treatment services across CHC. The position works in conjunction with the CMO, Director of Nursing, Director of BH and demonstrates excellent decision making skill, problem solving, and attention to detail. The Nurse Supervisor provides direction to MAT/OBOT program staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, oversees staff education, and provides direct patient care.

Assistant Program Director - RECOVER Project

Exciting leadership opportunity (Salaried, 30 hours a week) at The RECOVER Project, a well-established peer-to-peer recovery support program with a strong community presence. Lead a dynamic team in realizing a vision of an inclusive recovery community designed to increase access to appropriate recovery supports for all people within our communities.

House Manager

Reconciliation House, Inc., is a six-bed, MASH certified men's sober house in Webster, MA. We are currently looking to fill our House Manager position. This is a live-in position. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of sobriety. Prior experience is preferred. The House Manager lives at the house rent-free and receives a yearly stipend of $22,500, paid biweekly. Outreach and Overdose Risk Reduction Specialist

Supporting a large-scale, multi-site study to reduce opioid overdose deaths, the outreach coordinator will work closely with the Intervention Core investigators to facilitate the outreach and overdose risk reduction portion of the intervention. S/he will build relationships with intervention community coalitions and will provide on-the-ground support to communities as they develop and implement outreach and overdose risk reduction activities.


Essential Job Functions

• Coordination of assigned program components
• May assist in operation of program in absence of Program Supervisor
• In weekly clinical team meetings, develop and assess focused treatment plans for new and continuing residents with attention to clinical assessment, resident’s use of treatment, length and intensity of treatment

• Responsible for direct clinical supervision of direct care staff. Develop clinical leadership role in team and staff meetings
