Recovery Support Center Program Director

Martha’s Vineyard Community Services new Recovery Support Center is seeking a Program Director to provide general oversight of all services, budgeting, reporting and programming. This position will be responsible for program implementation, sustainability and maintaining a safe, welcoming space for all members. Lived experience in recovery from substance addiction or co-occurring disorder preferred with comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders, addiction, and recovery. Demonstrated knowledge and competency on substance addiction and recovery will be considered.

Integrated Team Director

As part of the ACCS Integrated Team, The Team Director oversees four Intensive Group Living Environments in the city of Boston, MA. This individual will ensure the provision of individualized community based clinical and recovery oriented services to adults with mental health challenges, ensuring that services are fully aligned and integrated with other community based systems. The Team Director contributes to Bay Cove’s mission by ensuring effective clinical services are provided in safe, welcoming environments in which Persons can thrive.

Essential Functions of the Position:

Clinical Director - Adolescent Services

This position is offering a $2,000 bonus

The Clinical Director maintains responsibility for the administration and supervision of the clinical component of the program; ensures clinical program compliance and adherence to applicable licensing regulations. This position must be able to work the hours required to meet the clinical needs of the program including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and evenings and weekends as needed.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR - MEN'S RECOVERY HOME

Essential Job Functions

Administrative:
• Coordination of assigned program components
• May assist in operation of program in absence of Program Supervisor
• In weekly clinical team meetings, develop and assess focused treatment plans for new and continuing residents with attention to clinical assessment, resident’s use of treatment, length and intensity of treatment

Supervisory:
• Responsible for direct clinical supervision of direct care staff. Develop clinical leadership role in team and staff meetings
