About this Event
For the past 3 years, the Office of Problem Gambling Services has brought together a variety of community partners, community members, and advocacy groups in one space to participate in annual Stakeholder Listening Sessions (SLSs). These sessions are held in the casino host communities with the goals of:
- Engaging the community to promote health and racial equity
- Gaining community input to inform the continued development of programs and services regarding problem gambling
Last year, we held two Stakeholder’s Listening Sessions (SLS), and with the guidance from our Stakeholders, we received insight on culturally appropriate strategies that were extremely helpful to inform our programmatic efforts. These Sessions will serve as an opportunity for you and the rest of your community to make recommendations and provide insight and guidance in regards to the culturally appropriate stages for the implementation of the Strategic Plan. To ensure that stakeholders serving communities directly impacted by problem gambling can access this event, we will be hosting SLSs in Springfield and Revere.

Parking can be validated for a discounted rate through the Tower Square garage. This garage has two entrances with addresses below:

East Columbus Ave: 1741 East Columbus Ave, Springfield MA 01115
Additionally, street parking is available for 25 cents for 30 minutes.
