The Institute is open to addiction service providers from across the nation, who will:

  • Review the status of health homes and integration of addiction services in primary care environments and primary care in addiction services
  • Discuss trends in organizational transformation to address the challenges and opportunities presented bi-directional integration
  • Learn a range of integration programming ideas and designs for integrating addiction services into primary care and primary care into addiction services
  • Review strategic plan models for short, medium, and long term strategies that could support integration services in addiction treatment agencies, and
  • Review financing options for integrated care

Most of the collaborative work is done over the web and phone, but representatives must attend an opening meeting September 24-25, 2015, and a closing meeting June 9-10, 2016, in Wisconsin.  The fee for participation is $2500.
